Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied due to an error in our printing process or any issues within our control, we will work with you to resolve the matter through a replacement or refund, in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is incorrect, defective, or damaged.
- Please report any shortages, defects, or damages within 72 hours of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process a refund or replacement.
- If the product meets our refund or exchange criteria, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure it complies with our policy.

Cancellation Process

Request Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please email support@knowyabusiness.com as soon as possible.

Time-Sensitive: Cancellations for regular orders must be requested within 1 hour of order placement, and cancellations for overnight delivery orders must be made within 30 minutes. If your cancellation request falls outside this timeframe, the order may have already been processed and cannot be canceled. Please note that orders processed outside of our business hours may be automatically processed, and cancellation requests received during this time may not be honored.

Inspection & Notification: Upon receiving your request and any supporting information (e.g., photos of the damaged item), we will review it and notify you of the outcome.

Refund Approval: If your request meets our policy requirements, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return/Replacement Information for DTF Products

No Returns on Customized Products: We cannot accept returns on any products that have been printed, washed, or decorated, except in the case of a defect or error for which we are responsible. Please inspect garments and DTF transfers before use.

Defective Merchandise: Defective items must be returned to us with the flaw clearly indicated (e.g., marked with a piece of tape). We do not accept returns for items more than 30 days old.

Claims for Shortages or Damages: Claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of the merchandise.

Restocking Fee: Returned or refused shipments may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus both outbound and return shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued in cash.
Replacement Policy
If your original order contains incorrect, missing, or damaged items, you may request a replacement. Replacement orders will be for the same items as your original order; we cannot accommodate changes in style, color, or size through this process.
Note: By processing replacements, we aim to fulfill your original order accurately. Replacement options are designed to maintain consistency and quality in line with our business practices.
Refund and Reprint Policy
- We have a 45-day refund and reprint policy! Contact us within 45 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or reprint.
- We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue, provided that the issue was due to our process and not a result of a poor-quality file. Refund or reprint requests for reasons other than quality issues must be approved by management.
- Please ensure that you followed our design requirements correctly for all DTF transfers.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Be sure to check that all details within your shipping address are correct before placing an order. An order confirmation email will be sent after placing an order to confirm all details.
Returns for Orders Outside Continental U.S.
- All blank orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
